Case details

I. Project Background

Jining Liangshan Port is located on the right bank of the Liangji Canal, north of Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province. It connects to the Wari Railway in the upper reach and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal in the lower reach, occupying a key position in the west-to-east coal transportation corridor and serving as an important port logistics hub connecting western coal production areas and the Yangtze River Delta economic zone.


  • In September 2019, Huibo formally launched R&D cooperation on the intelligent train car cleaning robot system project with Jining Mining Group Logistics Co., Ltd.

  • In March 2020, the Huibo intelligent train car cleaning robot system was installed and debugged, and officially put into use on April 20.

  • In August 2020, Jining Mining Group Logistics Co., Ltd. purchased another Huibo intelligent train car cleaning robot, which was officially put into use on October 30 (enabling 1 worker to operate two intelligent cleaning robots simultaneously).

  • In July 2021, Jining Mining Group ordered 2 more Huibo intelligent train car cleaning robots.

  • In mid-January 2022, online debugging was completed, achieving joint operation of Lines 1 and 2.

II. Project Details

  • Unloading Type: Return-type Double-tipping (2 sets)

  • Cleaning Cycle: 300 carriages/day

  • Cleaning Effect:

    • Manual cleaning residue: 20kg/carriage

    • Equipment cleaning residue: ≤5kg/carriage

  • Process: Cleaning ordinary dry coal

  • Car Cleaner Structure: Gantry-type (negative pressure cleaning)

  • Cost Savings:

    • Material cost: ≥1 million yuan/year

    • Labor cost: ≥1 million yuan/year

  • Operation Mode: One-button start, single-machine unmanned operation, multi-machine centralized monitoring

  • Commissioning Time:

    • April 20, 2020 (1 set); October 30, 2020 (1 set); mid-January 2022 (2 sets)

  • Delivery Status: Delivered
