In his speech, Liu Haifeng, Deputy Mayor of Zhangjiakou Municipal Government, pointed out that in recent years, the city has fully seized major national strategic opportunities such as trade economy development, coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and construction of renewable energy demonstration zones. Adhering to the strategy of "developing the city through projects and strengthening the city through industry," it focuses on high-end, intelligent, and green development directions, concentrates on transforming and upgrading traditional industries, cultivating and expanding emerging industries, and forward-looking layout of future industries, fully promoting the development of new-type industrialization. As the direction of artificial intelligence development, intelligent robots have huge market space and broad development prospects.

Hou Donglin, Deputy Secretary of Zhangbei County Party Committee and County Magistrate, stated that Zhangbei County insists on taking project construction as a powerful support for economic development. Huibo Robot Group has significant technological and resource advantages, playing an innovative and leading role in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The Zhangbei production base of Huibo Robot Group's PV robots is located in the Electronic Information Innovation and Technology Park of Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, with a total area of 7,000 square meters. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of intelligent high-end robot equipment in the new energy field. It is the only intelligent manufacturing factory for large-scale production of PV cleaning robots in northern China, with the degree of automation at the leading domestic level. The base is constructed in three phases. After all constructions are completed, it can produce 30,000 sets of PV cleaning robots annually, with an estimated annual output value of 8-12 billion yuan.
The offline product this time is the industry's first PV cleaning robot independently developed and produced by Huibo Robot Group, featuring strong environmental and topographical adaptability and high practicability. It can achieve crossing with a front-back and up-down misalignment of 50mm for PV panels, and has core key technologies such as cross-row cleaning, self-power supply, lightweight design, modularization, intelligent obstacle crossing, and strong fault tolerance.
