I. Project Background
With an investment of 20 million yuan, the project constructs a comprehensive solution integrating factory layout, product production processes, technological flows, and information systems, proposing automated, informatized, and intelligent transformation and upgrading. A total of 102 robots + AI vision systems are invested to achieve automatic positioning of mobile phone camera modules. Robots complete high-speed and high-precision picking/placing actions, meeting the precision requirement of error ≤0.1mm.
Mobile phone camera modules
(1) Each workstation uses 3 2D cameras to meet high-precision positioning requirements;
(2) AI vision combined with robots meets high-precision grabbing requirements.
