This project is the first full-process automation plant project in the optical fiber and cable industry, applying 11 types of intelligent manufacturing technical equipment. Covering an area of 41,000 square meters, the project uses industrial robots, truss robots, laser-guided AGVs, four-way shuttles, three-dimensional warehouses, multiple types of heavy and light-duty conveying lines, elevators, etc. Through full-process barcode scanning and RFID chip reading/writing, production processes are traceable, and WMS realizes seamless docking with the client's MES system.

Automated storage and transportation with high-level automation, flexibility, and intelligence
Compatible with storage and transportation of multiple materials
WMS directly docks with MES to significantly improve overall intelligence level
(1) Higher plant-wide automation: The project applies 11 types of intelligent manufacturing technical equipment, covering full-process automation from production to warehousing. Through collaborative operation of industrial robots, truss robots, laser-guided AGVs, etc., manual intervention is greatly reduced. The wide application of automated equipment significantly improves production efficiency and reduces the occurrence of human errors.
(2) Stronger information traceability: Through full-process barcode scanning and RFID chip reading/writing, precise tracking of each production link is achieved. Real-time collection and storage of production data ensure end-to-end traceability of products from raw materials to finished products. This traceability not only enhances quality control but also strengthens customer trust in products.
(3) Full-process unmanned monitoring for easier management: The project realizes full-process unmanned monitoring through integration of automated equipment and intelligent systems. Unmanned monitoring not only reduces labor costs but also ensures production continuity and stability. Remote monitoring and automated scheduling further enhance production management flexibility and response speed.
